Food to Eat & Avoid
During 3-Day Reboot
During the 3 days you will follow a meat/dairy/grain/alcohol free vegan diet.
​
You can eat as much as you want from the Reboot Boosters list, so EAT UP!
​
Load up on fresh fruits and veggies, hummus and guacamole, sweet potatoes, beans, nuts, nut butter and healthy fats like olive oil and avocado.
​
I like to make a pot of lentil soup and veggie chili to have on hand for the 3 days which simplifies food prep.
​
You will want to avoid the foods outlined in the Reboot Busters list.
​
Be sure to drink lots of water over the 3 days!
