Therapy Ball

Rolling a ball under your foot might seem simple… but it can have a big impact on how your whole body moves and your mental focus sharpens.
To understand how it works, you must first understand that the body is made up of multiple layers of connective tissue (fascia) that weaves and winds its way around every part of your body’s parts, connecting you from head to toe.
The bottom of the foot is part of a continuous fascial line that travels up through the calves, hamstrings, and into the spine, all the way to the skull.
When we gently roll a ball under the foot, we’re creating a form of self–myofascial release that helps hydrate the tissue, improve circulation, and restore elasticity in the fascia and increase energy through pizoelectricity.

Place the Therapy Ball on the ground

Press into the ball with your feet and begin to roll toe to heel and back.

Start to sway the foot back and forth

Roll the therapy ball to the ball of the foot and repeat the motion above, rolling the ball from side to side
