On August 19th, I'm cohosting the Marin Biofield Cafe with my dear friend, whom I affectionately call the Mad Scientist of Marin, Ernie Hubbard.

This invitation is for more than curiosity, learning and connection. This particular Biofield Cafe is curated from hours of our conversations unraveling ideas among fascia and the biofield. This soiree for the energy curious is also the SECOND public debut of Parabola, invented by Ernie.

Yes, we do this for fun. And---we want you to have the experience and join the conversation.

I have spent years working with and observing the physical body with my students and clients of RAPHA Body. Ever curious about the "Why's" of the state of the body in front of me, I moved through studying Exercise Physiology, Integrative Nutrition, Microbiome, Nervous System, Fascia, Energy Work and now the Biofield.

Telling on myself here a bit...this also includes trying every biohacking, pemf, red light, vibration plate, "holistic" protocol and course I could find. I just saved you a ton of money and time. You are welcome.

I've done them all and learned two important pieces of the body puzzle.
